Some good cooking going on in our house last weekend.
First off, I made Tollhouse Chocolate Chip Cookies
All so I could make a homemade Chipwich (of sorts)
Then Ken and I made Spinach and Pork dumplings… completely from scratch, including the wrappers! I know they don’t look great – one burst and it coloured the dough for the rest. But they were super tasty!!!
Served with rice and stir-fried veg
